About BUSINESS FORUM
The Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) proudly invites you to the Third Ukraine Resilience Business Forum, set to take place on 5 March 2025 at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
Following the success of our previous forums—”Rapid Recovery of Ukraine” held in 2023 and 2024—this year’s event continues our mission to foster economic resilience in Ukraine. The 2025 edition will focus on the vital role of foreign investment and strategic collaboration in strengthening Ukraine’s post-war economy.

Ukraine Resilience Business Forum 2025
For the past two years, LUCC has brought together top-level government officials, international investors, and leading figures from Ukraine and Luxembourg’s business communities. Our previous forums, attended by the Prime Ministers of Ukraine and Luxembourg, as well as the Vice President of the European Parliament, provided a platform for key stakeholders to explore investment opportunities critical to Ukraine’s recovery.
Now in its third year, we have renamed the event to “Ukraine Resilience Business Forum”, reflecting Ukraine’s remarkable resilience during the war and its continued progress in attracting investment and fostering economic growth.
This year’s forum is focused on developing strategies that will strengthen Ukraine’s resilience, promote economic stability, and attract foreign investment. It will provide an essential platform for fostering partnerships that can drive Ukraine’s recovery and long-term growth.
