Igor Terekhov, born on January 14, 1967, is the current Mayor of Kharkiv, Ukraine. He holds an honors degree in Industrial and Civil Construction from the Kharkiv Engineering and Construction Institute (1990) and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (2006). In 2007, he earned his PhD in Public Administration. With over 39 years of professional experience, Terekhov has built a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors.
