Todd is the PwC Global Relationship Partner for Rebuild Ukraine. He also leads the PwC Central & Eastern Europe (‘CEE’) Defence Network and PwC CEE Incentives Network leveraging on his extensive experience in Public Sector related projects. He has over 30 years of experience as a business advisor, which includes 24 years working for PwC across CEE. Todd held the position of PwC CEE Public Sector leader for 5 years and was directly responsible for services delivered to EU institutions by PwC across CEE. In 2017, Todd established PwC’s business operations in Lviv, Ukraine and he continues to oversee this business.
