Pascal has been an expert for private sector and innovation at LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development cooperation agency for more than three years. In his role, he is advising projects aiming at strengthening innovation ecosystems and market systems in different contexts (Kosovo, Benin, Vietnam, etc). He's passionate about entrepreneurs and change-makers achieving meaningful impact. Before that he has been with the Luxembourg innovation agency for more than a decade.
