Lucas is a Director at PwC’s Government Advisory, working with National Promotional Banks, Multilateral Development Banks and International Financial Institutions on public investment topics, with a focus on public finance strategy, financial instruments, product design and sustainable finance. Furthermore, Lucas is an invited lecturer on Financial Instruments and Public Finance institutions at the University of Strasbourg, and is a member of the United Nations Habitat Expert Group Meetings on Financing Sustainable Urban Development. Lucas holds a MSc in Macroeconomics, a MSc in International Relations and a BA in Political Sciences and Public Administration. He has also obtained a certificate in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge.
