Julia is the CEO and Co-founder of S.Lab, a sustainable packaging technology on an industrial scale. She is an inspiring leader with a vision to transform the packaging industry through sustainable innovations. Holding a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Julia has always desired to make a global impact. With over a decade of experience in software project and product management, where she held leadership positions, Julia had mastered entrepreneurial and business skills. She was honored with the European Prize for Women Innovators 2024 (organized by European Innovation Council and the European Institute for Innovation & Technology) and Women TechEU Award 2025, recognizing her groundbreaking work. Julia’s passion for experimentation with new materials and strong professional background drive her mission to reinvent packaging.
