End of the first cycle of the Empower to Employ Project

This Monday, June 30, we marked a symbolic milestone — the completion of the first cycle of the Empower to Employ project, launched by Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce LUCC . Together with our participants, we celebrated this moment by awarding certificates that represent not just learning, but dedication, growth, and community!
These past months were filled with meaningful events, practical workshops, and personal discoveries. We are grateful to the FSE+ and the Ministère du Travail Luxembourg for supporting this initiative and helping Ukrainians in Luxembourg in their job search.
Special thanks to our incredible mentors, coaches, and contributors who helped guide our participants — from mastering self-presentation to gaining deep sector knowledge and understanding Luxembourg’s labour market needs!
We’re deeply grateful to all participants for their engagement, curiosity, and commitment to building their future!
We’re proud to share that 21 participants from this cycle have already found jobs — and we truly believe that the skills, insights, and connections built during the program will open doors for many more!
And now, we’re inviting the next group of participants to join the second cycle of the project.
We’re excited to share new knowledge, introduce them to inspiring mentors, coaches, and employers — and take the next steps together toward meaningful employment in Luxembourg!
