Strengthening the Luxembourg–Ukraine Partnership
How the Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce is building long-term cooperation through strategic dialogue, business partnerships, innovation and institutional engagement.
The first half of 2026 marked an important milestone for the Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC).
As Ukraine continues to defend its sovereignty while advancing reforms and preparing for long-term recovery, the need for trusted international partnerships has never been greater. Luxembourg, with its strengths in finance, innovation, governance and European institutions, is uniquely positioned to contribute to this transformation.
During this period, LUCC focused not only on organising events but on building an institutional ecosystem that connects businesses, investors, public authorities, financial institutions, academia and international partners around a shared objective: transforming dialogue into practical cooperation.
One of the most significant developments was the launch of the LUCC Advisory Platform, bringing together six specialised committees dedicated to finance, infrastructure, defence and technology, business development, governance and institutional cooperation. These committees are designed as permanent working platforms where expertise, experience and partnerships can evolve into concrete initiatives.
Alongside these efforts, LUCC continued to strengthen high-level dialogue through executive roundtables, private discussions, international business missions and networking events, creating new opportunities for collaboration between Luxembourg, Ukraine and Europe.
The articles in this edition reflect not only the activities of the past months but also the foundations being laid for long-term cooperation, investment and sustainable recovery.
As we look ahead, our priority remains clear: bringing together the right people, institutions and ideas to support Ukraine’s reconstruction while strengthening economic cooperation between Luxembourg, Ukraine and the wider European community.
Thank you to all our members, partners, speakers, volunteers and institutional stakeholders whose commitment makes this work possible.
Evgenia Paliy
President, Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce
