Key Updates:
- New Conference Added: We have expanded our program to include a fifth conference focusing on the Integration of Ukrainians into the Luxembourg Labor Market. This session will delve into the demographics, skills, and industries of interest for Ukrainian jobseekers in Luxembourg, addressing key barriers such as language, recognition of qualifications, and cultural differences. Discussions will also cover government policies and programs supporting workforce integration, with insights from ADEM and the Ministry of Labor of Luxembourg. The session will highlight the “Empower to Employ” program, emphasizing skill-building workshops, job placement assistance, and mentoring.
- Updated Schedule: The forum will commence with registration and a welcome coffee at 08:30, followed by the opening ceremony at 09:30. The day will feature a plenary panel on the resilience of Ukraine’s economy and financing, along with multiple conferences covering topics such as Ukraine’s EU accession, the thriving startup ecosystem, war risk insurance, energy resilience, and the newly added session on labor market integration.
