Motivation, Change & Human-Centered Leadership: Coaching Session with Bruno Perrot

On 16 May 2024, a diverse group of participants came together for a powerful and thought-provoking coaching session led by Bruno Perrot, Managing Director & Security Officer at Starion Luxembourg. The event was part of the #EmpowerToEmploy project, an initiative by the Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) with support from FSE+ and the Ministère du Travail Luxembourg, aiming to foster professional development, resilience, and inclusion in Luxembourg’s labour market.
The session, titled “Motivation, Change & Human-Centered Leadership,” tackled critical themes relevant to today’s evolving world of work. With decades of leadership and international management experience, Bruno guided participants through a process of self-reflection and shared learning, placing focus on motivation, ethical leadership, and managing transformation with a human-first approach.
Together with Bruno, participants explored:
- The evolving role of managers in modern organizations;
- How to define and embrace one’s leadership identity;
- Approaches to delivering and receiving constructive feedback;
- Leading through uncertainty with integrity;
- Building trust-based, motivated teams.
Bruno’s use of real-life stories from his own leadership journey brought authenticity to the session. These examples made the content relatable and helped bridge the gap between leadership theory and day-to-day practice. The atmosphere encouraged open conversation, allowing participants to contribute questions, reflections, and personal experiences.
This coaching session stood out for its engaging and supportive environment, where attendees felt empowered to assess their leadership mindset, rethink their communication habits, and realign their professional goals. For many, it offered a valuable opportunity to pause and reconnect with their own values and strengths in the midst of change.
Participants left the session with renewed clarity and practical strategies to lead themselves and others with purpose. The coaching emphasized that leadership is not defined by title or hierarchy, but by empathy, responsibility, and vision.
We sincerely thank Bruno Perrot for his time, clarity, and the depth of experience he brought to this event. His ability to connect complex topics to real human experience made a lasting impression on all who attended.
This coaching session is part of LUCC’s broader mission to empower individuals through education, networking, and skills development — strengthening both individual potential and collective resilience in the Luxembourg job market.
