Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce Delegation Welcomed by Luxembourg City Officials

On Tuesday, November 12, 2024, Luxembourg City officials, led by First Alderman Mr. Maurice Bauer, warmly welcomed a delegation from the Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce at Luxembourg City Hall. This informal gathering provided an opportunity to discuss a range of topics aimed at strengthening the bonds between Luxembourg and Ukraine. The meeting was attended by notable figures, including Mr. Claude Radoux, Honorary Consul of Ukraine and member of the Luxembourg City Council, representatives from Strassen Municipality, and Ukrainesch Haus Stroossen. From Ukraine, mayors and political representatives of cities such as Bucha, Lviv, Lyman, and Skadovsk participated.
Founded in October 2017, the Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to fostering business relations between Luxembourg and Ukraine. The discussions focused on Luxembourg City’s humanitarian support for Ukraine and expanding municipal partnerships between Luxembourg and Ukrainian cities. Additionally, the agenda included exploring smart city initiatives in both countries and advancing sustainable urban development through digital technologies.
