Yuliya Vitka
About
Yuliya Vitka has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and consulting, including 15 years in senior management positions. She specializes in financial sector policies and regulation, investments, and capital markets. Yuliya has led large-scale USAID donor programs ranging from $25 to $95 million aimed at developing the financial sector and supporting business investment. She has established effective partnerships and co-financing programs with banks, non-bank financial institutions, and donors. Yuliya is the author of several draft laws in the field of financial services and capital markets and has worked closely with the Government of Ukraine to promote and implement these legislative initiatives. She also spent two years working with IFC under the agrifinance program. At PrivatBank, she heads the Department of Business Cooperation with International and Government Programs. Under her leadership, PrivatBank has successfully expanded its risk-sharing program with the EBRD (currently the largest program in Ukraine, covering a credit portfolio of €600 million), IFC, and BGK, and is starting cooperation with the EIB under programs that support business lending. Ms. Vitka is also responsible for integrating international and government support programs into the bank’s products and services for various business segments.
