About
Volodymyr Ponomarov serves as the First Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he leads a broad portfolio encompassing finance, accounting, treasury, international cooperation, corporate governance, human resources, investment projects, depository activities, mortgage management, procurement, and control. A seasoned financial professional, Mr. Ponomarov brings deep expertise in risk planning and management to his role. His career includes leadership positions in risk management at SEB AB (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, Sweden), OJSC "SEB Bank", and JSB "Factorial Bank" before joining the Management Board. He holds a degree in Banking from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine.
