Bio
Vitaliy focuses on M&A, financing, contractual and regulatory advice in oil and gas, mining, renewable energy projects representing international donors, investors, lenders and owners of energy projects. Vitaliy is ranked by Chambers Europe 2012-2025 as a Band 1 Energy & Natural Resources lawyer for Ukraine with commentators identifying him as “a standout figure for energy law in Ukraine” and “a superb lawyer, instrumental to the practice”, and highlighting his "outstanding knowledge of the Ukrainian energy sector". Vitaliy is the Co-Chairman of the Fuel and Energy Committees of the American Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Bioenergy Association, Member of the Board of the US-Ukraine Business Council, first Ukrainian member of Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN). Vitaliy was appointed to the Government's Negotiating Group in connection with Ukraine’s EU accession negotiations on Chapter 15 - Energy.
