Bio
Sergiy is an international real estate development executive specializing in complex, multifunctional, and energy-efficient projects across Europe and emerging markets. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Liverpool (UK) and is the founder and Managing Partner of a Ukrainian real estate development company. Over the past 20 years, he has worked in close partnership with Austrian entrepreneurs Dr. Alexander Maculan and Dr. Richard Teichmann, and he currently serves as the Country Director of Teichmann et Compagnons Property Network GmbH in Ukraine. His portfolio includes projects such as the mixed-use Kyiv Airport City complex at Boryspil International Airport (Ukraine), the certified green EcoPoint Office Center in Kosice (Slovakia), the German GIZ energy- efficiency program in Mongolia, and a multimodal logistics and industrial park in Croatia. Sergiy also leads initiatives in renewable-energy ecosystems (solar and hydrogen), circular-economy solutions, and resilient local infrastructure networks that enable energy-independent real estate and sustainable urban districts worldwide. His current work further includes the European development of dual-use technologies proven and tested in Ukraine, supporting innovation across both civilian and security applications. During his career Sergiy has held senior and board-level positions in Ukraine, Austria, and the Netherlands. This extensive top-tier governance experience demonstrates his deep command of European corporate governance frameworks and his ability to navigate, manage, and lead complex cross-border enterprises at the highest strategic level.
