About
Orest Tokač is a public servant with a diverse career at the EU institutions working in international cooperation and external relations. He is currently in charge of Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction at the Ukraine Service of the European Commission. His work focuses on mobilisation of investments and engagement with the private sector towards Ukraine’s economic recovery. Previously, he served as a diplomat at the EU Delegation in East Jerusalem and held key roles at the European Commission’s Department for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood. He worked in areas of economic cooperation, trade and investment affairs, conflict resolution and mediation, post-conflict, war and disaster recovery, public diplomacy and communications.
