Prior to this, I was at Elvinger Hoss Prussen, where I had the opportunity to work alongside Evgenia. Originally from Slovakia, I have built my practice in cross-border transactions with a focus on financial structuring and investment frameworks. I am particularly interested in governance and regulatory developments in emerging and transitioning markets. The reconstruction of Ukraine is a cause that is especially close to my heart, and I look forward to contributing to the Committee’s discussions and initiatives
