He is a graduate of PhD studies in Political Science at the University of Wroclaw and Master studies in International Relations and European Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Previously he worked as the President of the Management Board at the Institute of New Europe – a Polish think tank focusing on analytical research in the fields of international politics, economics, security and new technologies.
