After graduating from the Luxembourg’s Technical School for Health Professions in 2004, Laurent Peusch worked for a short period of time in a hospital in Esch-sur-Alzette. In 2005, Laurent joined the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, at the Immigration Directorate in the Third-Country Workers Department. Two years later, in 2007, he took on a new challenge in the Foreigners Employment Department at the Luxembourg Employment Development Agency (ADEM), where he was promoted to Head of department in 2012. In 2015, the Foreigners Employment department was merged into the Employers’ Service where Laurent became the Deputy Head while still in charge of all matters related to third-country nationals and asylum seekers. In February 2021, Laurent Peusch was promoted to Head of the Employers Services.
