Mr. Masse launched EuroGreenCapital Partners to provide investment and advisory services focused on sustainable investment in emerging markets, including fund structures, investment products and technical assistance programmes. Before relocating to Luxembourg in 2021, he spent 27 years at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), holding leadership positions in direct investment, risk identification and mitigation, banking, funds, asset management, specialty finance, and political and credit risk insurance. He also led five investment projects and initiatives in Ukraine’s financial and agricultural sectors. Mr. Masse later became an IMF Expert and 2023 Visiting Scholar, working on capital markets and sustainable development. He co-authored a 2025 IMF Working Paper on scaling climate debt in emerging markets. An INSEAD MBA graduate, he received a record 27 World Bank Group Performance Awards and regularly represented IFC at global forums and in the media.
