Iryna Vilgash is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, educator and ILM Level 7 Executive Coach with more than 20 years of experience across entrepreneurship, education, corporate insurance and business management. She is the Founder of MINDS Coaching & Consulting and Wake Up Education, where she works with executives, founders, leadership teams, organisations and education partners to strengthen decision-making, leadership capability, stakeholder alignment and execution. Through her work in international education, Iryna supports young people and families in making informed educational decisions, accessing international study opportunities and preparing for future academic and career pathways.
