As the Acting Director of Support to Operations, Colin Munce oversees the NATO Support and Procurement Agency’s (NSPA) support to Ukraine, as well as NATO operations, exercises, and resilience missions. Based in Capellen, Luxembourg, NSPA is NATO’s lead organization for acquisition, procurement, and support, bringing together expertise across land, air, maritime, cyber, space, and innovation domains in support of NATO Forces, Allies, and Partners.
