Cindy Tereba
About
Cindy Tereba is a Luxembourg-born leader known for building international bridges and turning strategy into practical results. She has helped organisations expand their reach by creating strong partnerships and services that companies can use immediately. In Abu Dhabi, as Business Development Services Manager at the German-Emirati Chamber of Commerce (AHK), she supported German businesses entering GCC markets, strengthening cross-border cooperation and market access. Later in Berlin, she delivered two high-impact milestones for Luxembourg’s economy: she set up the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce’s first foreign office and founded the Business Club Deutschland–Luxemburg, creating a trusted network for Luxembourgish and German companies. Since returning to Luxembourg in 2019 as Director of International Affairs, she has played a key role in shaping the team and building a service portfolio that supports the international expansion of Luxembourg-based companies. Promoted in 2024 to Chief Transformation Officer and joining the general management alongside CEO Carlo Thelen, she now drives the Chamber’s transformation into a more dynamic and client-centric organisation—leading digital initiatives, guiding organisational change through strategic decisions, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration to improve impact and delivery.
