How Is AI Changing the Start of Your Career? Join a Dialogue with the European Commission
Are you studying, looking for your first job or starting your career? Artificial intelligence could affect each of these stages. The European Commission invites young people to share their experiences, expectations and questions about the future of work.
On 10 November 2026 at 10:00 in Brussels, a Youth Policy Dialogue will take place with European Commission Executive Vice-President Roxana Mînzatu. The meeting will focus on artificial intelligence in the workplace, with particular attention to its impact on entry-level jobs.
The Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) is sharing this invitation and encouraging young people to apply.
Why Does This Topic Matter to You?
The start of a career is a time to gain experience, develop skills and find your place in the labour market. AI brings new opportunities and questions to this process.
💬 How can it help you get your first job? How are young workers’ tasks changing? What skills will you need? And how can we ensure that technology creates fair opportunities for young people? These questions will be central to the discussion.
Why Does Your Experience Matter?
During the dialogue, young people will have the opportunity to share their views on AI and the future of work directly with the Executive Vice-President.
The European Commission wants to hear from participants with different educational backgrounds, experiences and life circumstances. You may still be studying, looking for a job or already working. You may use AI every day or only occasionally — your perspective can add to the discussion.
The meeting’s outcomes will contribute to the Commission’s wider work on AI and the future of the labour market.

The invitation is open to young people who:
. are 18–30 years old;
. have never participated in a Youth Policy Dialogue;
