VOICES OF INFLUENCE: Women Shaping Power, Peace & Ukraine’s Future

What happens when women who already influence important decisions sit around one table — without a stage, a panel or prepared speeches?

On 26 November, the Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce will convene a private group of 20–25 women decision-makers and women in positions of influence across business, finance, boards, diplomacy, governance and international institutions.

The conversation will explore a fundamental question:

When decisions with lasting consequences are made, whose voices shape what is ultimately decided — and whose expertise is still missing?

Ukraine makes this question particularly urgent.

Its future will be shaped not only by diplomacy and public policy, but also by capital allocation, investment, corporate leadership, infrastructure, energy, technology, innovation and the rebuilding of its economy.

Women are already making important decisions across these fields.

But being in the room is not the same as shaping the decision.

And individual influence can become something more powerful when it is connected collectively.

VOICES OF INFLUENCE is therefore designed as a different kind of leadership dialogue:

— No audience
— No prepared speeches
— No networking agenda

Instead, a private, peer-to-peer conversation under the Chatham House Rule, focused on where decisions are being made, which perspectives are still missing, and how women in positions of influence can translate their individual roles into collective impact for Ukraine’s future.

The evening will conclude with an effort to identify practical mechanisms for action and one collective initiative that the group may wish to take forward.

This first dialogue is intended not as a standalone event, but potentially as the beginning of a trusted circle of influential women across business, finance, diplomacy and institutions.
