The Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) is pleased to announce the launch of its Energy, Infrastructure & Municipal Resilience Committee, bringing together experts, business leaders, financial institutions and stakeholders committed to supporting Ukraine’s recovery and long-term resilience.
The inaugural meeting will take place at the LUCC office in Luxembourg and will mark the beginning of the Committee’s work on fostering cooperation between Luxembourg and Ukraine in the fields of energy, infrastructure, municipal development and investment.
The meeting will be co-chaired by Sergiy Ivannikov, Country Director Ukraine at Teichmann & Compagnons Property Networks GmbH, together with a second Committee Co-Chair, and will focus on identifying priority areas for collaboration, developing future initiatives and establishing the Committee’s working framework.
A keynote address will be delivered by Matteo Rivellini, Head of the Ukraine Investment Team at the European Investment Bank (EIB). His presentation will explore the EIB’s approach to financing Ukraine’s resilient recovery, with particular attention to energy infrastructure, municipal development and long-term investment priorities.
The Committee aims to serve as a platform for dialogue between the public and private sectors, facilitating knowledge exchange, partnerships and practical initiatives that contribute to Ukraine’s reconstruction and sustainable economic development.
