The Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) invites professionals, investors, financial institutions, public-sector representatives and industry experts to the inaugural session of its Committee on Energy, Infrastructure & Municipal Resilience.
The opening keynote will be delivered by Vitaliy Radchenko, Managing Partner at CMS Ukraine and one of Ukraine’s leading experts in the energy sector.
The session will examine Ukraine’s current energy priorities, near-term infrastructure projects and the opportunities for international cooperation in rebuilding a resilient, modern and sustainable energy system.
The programme will also explore Luxembourg’s role in supporting Ukraine’s reconstruction through investment, financial services and cross-border partnerships. Participants will discuss financing mechanisms, banking and insurance solutions, blended finance, public-private partnerships and practical approaches to mobilising capital for strategic infrastructure projects.
