The Luxembourg – Ukraine Tech Forum. Securing Tomorrow 2026

The Luxembourg–Ukraine Tech Forum 2026 is an international conference dedicated to defence technologies, cybersecurity, dual-use innovation, critical infrastructure resilience, and space technologies.

Organised by the Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC), the forum will bring together representatives of governments, international institutions, defence and technology companies, research organisations, investors, startups, and industry experts from Luxembourg, Ukraine, and partner countries.

The event aims to strengthen international cooperation, facilitate strategic dialogue, and create new opportunities for innovation, investment, and public-private partnerships in the fields of security and advanced technologies.

The programme will include keynote speeches, expert panel discussions, industry presentations, networking sessions, and business meetings covering the latest developments in defence innovation, cybersecurity, digital resilience, AI, unmanned systems, space technologies, and related sectors.

Additional speakers, partners, and the detailed agenda will be announced in the coming months.

Preliminary Registration

Registration is currently open as a preliminary application only.

Participation in the forum is free of charge, however attendance is subject to organiser approval.

Due to the high-level nature of the event and limited venue capacity, every registration will be individually reviewed by the organising committee.

Submitting the registration form does not constitute confirmation of participation.

After reviewing your application, the organisers will contact you by email with one of the following:

• Confirmation of participation;
• A request for additional information, if required;
• Notification that the event has reached capacity or that the application could not be accommodated.

Approved participants will receive further information regarding the programme, venue access, and event logistics closer to the forum date.
