The Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to the first meeting of its Finance, Banking, Insurance & Reconstruction Capital Committee.
This session will bring together representatives of the financial sector, banking institutions, the investment community, businesses, and reconstruction stakeholders to discuss financing instruments, international cooperation, and long-term partnerships supporting Ukraine’s economic recovery.
The meeting will feature Yuliia Vitka, Head of Business Cooperation with International and State Programs at JSC CB “PRIVATBANK”, who will deliver a presentation entitled “International Financing Instruments: From Crisis Support for Businesses to Long-Term Partnership.” Her presentation will focus on international financing tools available to Ukrainian businesses and how these instruments can support companies not only during periods of crisis, but also in the context of sustainable development, investment, and long-term economic growth.
The session will also feature Jan Willems, Head of Product Management Global Markets at Clearstream, who will present “Capital Markets as the Reconstruction Engine.” His presentation will explore the role of capital markets in mobilising long-term investment, strengthening financial infrastructure, and supporting sustainable reconstruction by connecting international investors with Ukraine’s recovery and development priorities.
Together, participants will explore practical approaches to financing Ukrainian businesses, strengthening cross-border cooperation, and building partnerships that contribute to business resilience and Ukraine’s reconstruction.
The meeting will also introduce the objectives and priorities of the newly established Committee, which aims to serve as a professional platform for dialogue between Luxembourg and Ukrainian stakeholders in finance, banking, insurance, investment, and reconstruction capital.
The first meeting will take place on Thursday, 9 July 2026, from 12:30 to 14:00.
