LUCC is bringing together a Luxembourg delegation for ReBuild Ukraine 2026, one of the key international platforms dedicated to Ukraine’s reconstruction, infrastructure and energy sectors.

Ukraine’s reconstruction is increasingly moving from a discussion about future needs towards concrete projects, financing mechanisms, technologies and international partnerships.

On 12–13 November 2026, ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy will bring this ecosystem together in Warsaw for its sixth edition. The Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) is forming a Luxembourg delegation to attend the event, creating a structured opportunity for Luxembourg-based companies, institutions, investors, experts and organisations to engage directly with the stakeholders involved in Ukraine’s recovery.

For Luxembourg participants, ReBuild Ukraine offers more than an overview of reconstruction needs. It provides direct access to the organisations, communities and decision-makers behind projects currently being developed across Ukraine.

From Luxembourg to Warsaw

LUCC’s role is to bring together Luxembourg participants around a common delegation and provide a framework for stronger Luxembourg–Ukraine engagement during ReBuild Ukraine.

This builds on LUCC’s broader work connecting Luxembourg’s financial, institutional and business ecosystem with Ukrainian reconstruction projects and partners — particularly around investment, energy, infrastructure and the development of financeable projects. LUCC
