We’re excited to invite you to a series of upcoming events organized by the Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC)!
As you know, LUCC is running the Empower to Employ project with the support of FSE+ and the Ministère du Travail du Luxembourg, aiming to help Ukrainians integrate into the Luxembourg job market.
To increase the visibility of our candidates and support their better integration through networking, we are organizing a series of open events. This is a great opportunity to support Ukrainian professionals in a friendly and informal atmosphere — to share advice, insights, and talk about job opportunities in your company or industry.

You’ll hear from experienced professionals and meet Ukrainian participants of the Empower to Employ project — individuals who are actively building new careers in Luxembourg’s service industries.

Matthew De Cae is a Job Coach and Human Capital Manager with extensive experience supporting over 500 job seekers in the hospitality sector. He has led national training and career programs for youth in collaboration with key stakeholders in Luxembourg. Known for his energy, emotional intelligence, and strong commitment to service to others.

In this interactive training, psychologist Oksana Albul (20+ years of experience) will guide participants through understanding stress as a natural part of life.
You will explore practical tools for recognizing your own emotional needs, accessing inner and external resources, and managing pressure in healthy, sustainable ways.
We will also reflect on how to share energy and support without burnout — creating space for personal balance and professional resilience.
