Leadership is demanding. It means taking responsibility — not only for others, but for yourself. Only those who care for their own well-being can truly lead others in a respectful and sustainable way.
Karin will guide participants in exploring their personal leadership style and building emotional resilience — whether you are just stepping into a leadership role or want to deepen your experience as a manager.
Bruno Perrot – Motivation, Change & Human-Centered Leadership
Bruno will explore how motivation works in teams, how to navigate change effectively, and what it means to lead ethically. Topics include the role of the manager, self-identification, and giving constructive feedback — all grounded in practical leadership experience.
This workshop is a great opportunity to develop yourself and share ideas with other professionals in a supportive and interactive setting.

Bruno Perrot – Bruno is an experienced executive in the aerospace and satellite industry, with over 20 years at SES and currently Managing Director of Starion Luxembourg. With a background in aerospace engineering (ENSEA, Paris) and management (INSEAD), he brings a unique combination of technical and leadership expertise. His session will focus on motivating teams, managing change, and leading with ethics and clarity.
