Context
As part of the Empower to Employ (E2E) project led by the Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce, this session addresses a recurring and often unspoken issue:
A gap between candidate expectations and the realities of the Luxembourg labour market.
Despite strong motivation, many candidates face limited responses, repeated rejections, or prolonged job searches without clear understanding of the underlying reasons.
This roundtable is designed to address that gap directly.
