Martin brings over 25 years of leadership in governance, risk, compliance, and strategic transformation. He has served as CRO, CCO, COO, and CEO across regulated financial institutions, and held group-level oversight roles across 28 markets. During his time as Chief Audit Executive for Central and Eastern Europe of a leading European banking group, Martin closely accompanied the governance transformation of a major Ukrainian bank, supporting its risk culture, audit framework, and institutional resilience. In this capacity, Martin will advise LUCC on cross-border partnerships, strategic development, and initiatives that promote sustainable rebuilding, sound governance, and economic access between Luxembourg and Ukraine.
