She holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics, a Master’s degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity, and a PhD in Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Olha is an experienced project manager with a strong background in coordinating international teams, streamlining workflows, and overseeing large-scale educational and scientific projects. Her roles as Project Manager at the University of Luxembourg and Head of the Department of Higher Mathematics at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design highlight her ability to lead diverse teams, navigate complex logistical challenges, and deliver successful project outcomes. One of the projects she led — the Visual Mathematics Dictionary — was highly appreciated by the University of Luxembourg for its innovative approach to visualizing complex mathematical concepts and fostering cross-linguistic understanding in STEM education. In addition, Olha’s long-term involvement with a nonprofit organization dedicated to scientific advancement has provided her with substantial experience in preparing grant-related materials, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting scientific communication initiatives.
