Building Luxembourg–Ukraine Cooperation in Defence, Strategic Industries & Technology

The Luxembourg–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) is pleased to invite you to the inaugural meeting of the Defence, Strategic Industries & Technology Committee.

This hybrid event will bring together representatives from government, industry, academia, defence, cybersecurity and technology sectors to discuss strategic cooperation between Luxembourg and Ukraine. The meeting will focus on strengthening partnerships in critical infrastructure protection, cybersecurity, secure communications, defence innovation, dual-use technologies and industrial collaboration.

The discussion will be moderated by Mr Oleh Malskyy, attorney, miltech investor and independent director in fintech structures, who brings extensive experience in legal advisory, investment and defence technology projects.

The event will feature a keynote address by Dr Paul de Souza, Founder and President of the Cyber Security Forum Initiative (CSFI), internationally recognised cybersecurity expert, National Security Advisor, Adjunct Faculty at George Washington University, NATO cyber expert, Global Cyber and Security Policy Expert at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), and Advisor to Capitol Technology University.

The panel discussion will include:

• Mr Sergio Encabo Del Alamo, Vice President of Strategy and Benelux Head of Office at INTEGRASYS Group;
• Mr Philippe Osch, Chief Executive Officer of HITEC Luxembourg S.A.

Together, the speakers will explore practical opportunities for Luxembourg–Ukraine cooperation in defence, strategic industries, cybersecurity, secure communications, space technologies, industrial partnerships and advanced innovation.

The meeting will also introduce the objectives and priorities of the newly established Committee and present its roadmap for future initiatives aimed at strengthening resilience, fostering innovation and developing long-term cooperation between Luxembourg and Ukraine.
